Choosing a flavor from the long list is a tough choice. They have it all: chocolate cherry swirl, coconut pineapple, praline pecan, banana pudding, strawberry cheesecake, and much, much more.

Enjoy freshly baked, delectable treats from Effie’s Cottage, a booth packed with cakes, confections, and pudding at Kaufman’s Fresh Market. It’s well worth the two-week wait for traditional peach and blueberry cobbler, strawberry pie, Dutch apple pie, lemon pound cake, and salted caramel. If you’re there around May, the seedless wild blackberry cobbler, harvested locally in Kaufman county, is delicious.
