YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE IN SERVICE "FULL TIME" TO "ANSWER THE PHONE & SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS". I called numerous times & also left a message and NEVER WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE & NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. When I finally got frustrated & just went by the dealership & dropped off my car without an appointment, the lady that helped me was awesome in person. I told her I couldn't make an appointment because no one would answer the phone & she apologized for the inconvenience. She was great.
