The 2023 Chevy Colorado is powered by a turbocharged 2.7-liter inline-four engine with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The new Colorado also uses an independent front suspension with a solid rear axle with leaf springs. Diving on and off the road is smooth and seamless. The V-6 and the Duramax Diesel powertrain are no longer offered on the Colorado.
